It was, and still is, the first and only cocktail bar in Olbia to be inspired by the atmospheres of large European cities; but Spirits Boutique is not just appearance, quite the contrary! The cocktail list is extensive, constantly changing with the seasons and open to variations to meet the needs of the most demanding customers and those who do not appreciate alcoholic beverages.
At Spirits Boutique you can try, alone or in a mix, the ‘Macchia’ products, designed by founder Emilio Rocchino and inspired by the fragrances of Sardinia: Gin, Vodka, herbal Amaro, Bitter, Pompìa liqueur, red Vermouth and our favourite, white Vermouth.
The snack menu allows you both to whet your appetite at aperitif time and to have a real quick dinner. Don’t miss the club sandwich, undoubtedly the best in town.

Located in the city’s central square, Café Cosimino offers wine, beer or spritz aperitifs accompanied by typical Sardinian homemade salami and cheese. The wine cellar is among the best stocked in the city and offers the possibility of taking away your favourite bottles, whether local, national or international.
For those who like to stay beyond the aperitif, there is a small menu of first and second courses of fish and grilled meats that has nothing to envy from the best restaurants. On reservation it is possible to try roast suckling pig, one of Sardinia’s most iconic dishes.

Mint julep is a charming cocktail bar overlooking Olbia’s central square. This tiny venue is decorated in full 1930s style with a touch of Charleston and electroswing. Very characteristic are the few tables inside while outside you will find a lovely dehors that occupies an entire alley. The format is that of gourmet cocktails & pizza. We will tell you about the pizzas here, while we can tell you that the cocktails are undoubtedly the most beautiful to be seen in the city as well as being really well executed by the barman and founder Marco Pistone.

Don’t be fooled by the name and the ambience that recalls the style of an ice-cream parlour (in fact there are also excellent ice creams and crepes here), Gelato di Natura is the Olbia temple of good wine. Forget the usual labels, here Alessandro daily selects the best local and national wines of the highest level that you won’t drink anywhere else in town with a special focus on Sardinia, Piedmont and Friuli.
To match the right food there is Marcella with her fantastic handmade piadina filled with fresh and different ingredients every day.
